Carleen's Pastry for Pies

2 cups plain flour,
200gr butter (cold),
1 1/2 tblsp of vinegar,
Little bit of iced water.

Mix butter through flour (bread crumbs) then add vinegar and water to form dough. Lightly knead then wrap in plastic to rest in fridge.  Voila. Butter Pastry
