MEAT LOAF

This is an old favorite of mine as well as everyone else.  A cheaper baked dinner.  But I like it the next day cold for sandwiches.  Nothing better than being at work somewhere and reliving the baked dinner of the night before with a meatloaf sandwich.

Ingredients

( outline) as herbs and flavorings can be to personal taste
500grams mince
1 Onion chopped
1 Carrot grated
Salt n Pepper
Thyme n Parsley
Splash of  tomato sauce
1 egg beaten

Method

1. Cook the onion in the fry pan in a little oil until transparent and transfer to the mix
2. Mix everything very well using your CLEAN HANDS
3. After mixing together well... make a nice ball and put out onto some flour
4.  Mold the shape of the meat to the desired shape and place in the oven .
5.  I use superfry for cooking things like this, even though some say this isn't healthy.
5a.   Use moderation in everything and listen to yourself.
6.  Cook for three quarters of an hour and turn and cook the other side same amount of time.
7.  Meat loaf will be cooked and once the fat is drained ... then the gravy can be made.
